Palm Sugar

 Palm sugar is a sweetener derived from any variety of palm tree. Palm sugar is produced by boiling collected sap until it thickens.  Since palm sugar is an unrefined sugar, it is known to be rich in vitamins and minerals. Since palm sugar is an unrefined sugar, it is known to be rich in vitamins and minerals.
